In this 30-minute online circle we regulate the nervous system,

share intentions and hold space for each other. In the circle, your vision is no longer carried alone.

The group energy holds and amplifies each intention -making every step forward lighter, safer, and more possible.

We meet in small, safe groups -so every voice is heard

and very intention is held.
