My purpose is simple, yet deeply felt: to be a gentle mirror, so you can remember your worth, feel safe within, and let life move through you with love.
I am Bjørg Sie — health teacher, stress management coach, yoga instructor, and retreat leader.
I serve to support holistic well-being for individuals seeking towards balance, inner strength, and authentic motivation through 1:1 coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques),
a grounded and heart-centered yoga practice,
and transformative retreats.
With a background in health education and years of experience supporting others on their path to healing and personal growth,
I offer spaces where you can land softly, release tension, and find clarity. Here, you are invited to meet yourself with kindness and courage — and to explore new beginnings at your own pace.
I believe that health is more than the absence of illness — it is a living balance between body, mind, emotions, and soul. Stress, disconnection, and inner restlessness often show up as symptoms in our lives. What we truly need is not more pressure, but space to breathe, to reconnect, and to realign.
Nature is my greatest inspiration, along with the practice of yoga and the power of authentic connection. The cycles of the seasons, the stillness of the garden, and the rhythm of the ocean remind me daily of what it means to live with balance, presence, and trust. These qualities shape the way I guide and teach.
When we feel safe within ourselves, we begin to live differently — lighter, steadier, and more aligned. This is the heart of my work: to help you bridge mind, body, and soul, and to walk your path with clarity, ease, and hope.
What truly sets my approach apart, is its simplicity, natural rhythm, and rootedness in everyday life. I believe that healing and growth don’t always require big breakthroughs — sometimes, they come quietly, like tending to a garden. Gardening is one of my personal passions, and it reflects the way I work: with care, patience, presence, and a deep respect for each individual’s natural pace.
Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all methods,
I create spaces for real, lasting transformation — spaces where you are seen, heard, and gently guided to reconnect with your true self.
