Together we look beneath the surface, where old patterns of disconnection or self-doubt may hold your energy back.

With compassion we create space to listen, regulate and find steadiness.

Step by step, stress mastery becomes about more than managing symptoms — it becomes a way to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and discover the quiet strength to live with more ease.

What I offer

 

I work as a stress management coach,

helping you find calm, clarity and strength in the middle of life’s challenges.

My approach is holistic – bridging mind, body and soul – so that you not only learn to cope with stress, but also to grow from it.

 

You can choose between:

Single sessions – when you need support, clarity or a new perspective in a specific situation. 

 

Session Cards – 5 or 10 sessions at a reduced price, giving you flexibility and ongoing support.

 

Align & Shine - Coaching for when something deeper calls, is support for those moments when surface solutions are not enough. This is a safe space to explore what truly matters to you and for you, find honest clarity, and take steps aligned with your inner values. 

 

Coaching Adventures –structured journeys where you receive focused support over a set period of time, with both practical tools and inner support.

So that change doesn`t just stay as a insight, but becomes something that you live.​

How it works

 

In coaching we create a safe space where you can pause, breathe, and see new perspectives.

Together we explore what’s underneath the stress, and find tools that work for you.

 

Every session is tailored to your needs:

You bring what feels most pressing or important. We work with it in a way that feels gentle, clear and effective. You leave with new insight, lighter energy and practical steps you can integrate right away.​​

When: 

Book a time that fits your schedule. Find a time that suits you in my booking-calendar – daytime, evening or weekend – . (If you dont`t find a suitable slot, just reach out to me and we`ll arrange another time.) 

Where:

Online via Zoom/WhatsApp. (Or in person in Stavanger, by agreement.)

Format:

Each session lasts 60 minutes. You can book one session at a time, use a Session Card (5 or 10 sessions), or join a structured coaching journey (3–12 weeks).

Process:

You bring what feels most important right now. Together we set an intention for the session. I guide you through the session with questions, tools and reflection practices.

Outcome:

Leave with more calm, clarity and concrete next steps forward.

Holistic Health

Holistic Health, Stress Mastery & Compassion

Health is more than the absence of pain — it is balance between body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Health is never one-dimensional. It lives in the body, in the mind, in our relationships and in our sense of meaning. These four dimensions — physical, mental, social and spiritual — are woven together, and each one influences the others.

  • Physical health gives us energy, vitality and the ability to move through life with strength.

  • Mental health shapes our thoughts, focus and ability to cope with stress.

  • Social health is about belonging, relationships and the sense of being part of something larger.

  • Spiritual health connects us to meaning, values and a deeper sense of purpose.

When one side is nourished, the whole human being begins to flourish.

When one side suffers, the others are affected.

 

Compassion is the golden thread that holds it all together. It is not softness, but a powerful skill that calms the nervous system and supports lasting change. Compassion invites us to meet ourselves and others with presence, acceptance and kindness, creating the inner safety needed for balance and growth.

 

From that place of safety, true connection becomes possible — connection to your body, your breath, your values, to nature and to others. Connection turns health into wholeness, and makes life feel meaningful, steady and alive.

​​​​Regulating the nervous system – through breathing, movement, meditation, good conversations, activation of the vagus nerve, and inner security – can therefore be a key to breaking this cycle.

When the body calms down, it becomes easier to feel connected, open to contact and experience community.

The Power of Connection

Connection is more than a social need — it is life energy. When we feel safe, seen and part of something greater, our nervous system settles. The body releases tension, the mind becomes clearer, and energy that was tied up in stress or self-protection is freed.

 

Disconnection (Ex the feeling of "losing one self" ) can drain vitality, disturb sleep, and leave us caught in cycles of worry or fatigue. In contrast, genuine connection nourishes every side of health:

 

  • Physical: the body relaxes, immunity strengthens.

  • Mental: thoughts slow down, clarity returns.

  • Social: belonging gives strength.

  • Spiritual: meaning and hope are restored.

Connection is not about having many people around you.

It begins within — with compassion for yourself, with listening to your own needs, with daring to rest in your own presence. From there, connection to others flows naturally, rooted in authenticity and ease.

 

When you connect — with your breath, with nature, with someone you trust — life energy begins to circulate again. What once felt heavy can suddenly feel lighter. What seemed impossible can begin to move.
